When most people think of tractors, they think of large locomotives. Of course, the locomotive is also a kind of tractor, but because of its large size, the switch operation needs to change back and forth, the operation efficiency is very low, and quite a lot of enterprises have no longer used. With the increase in market demand, internal combustion, electric, high-altitude tractor came into being, so what are the differences between these three models? The following is a small series for you to explain.
First, internal combustion tractor
The appearance of the internal combustion tractor is strong and powerful, and the body is a high-strength structural steel plate welding structure. The post-casting counterweight improves the stability and shock resistance of the vehicle, and the overall rigidity is good and the impact resistance is good. The excellent power configuration with imported Cummins engine as the main body and the scientific and rigorous ergonomics design effectively ensure the reliability, stability and efficiency of the whole machine; Hydraulic transmission adopts manual shift hydraulic transmission for tractor; Adjustable seat with safety armrests and seat belts. The front and rear suspension damping system fully ensures the safety and comfort of driving.
Two, electric tractor
Electric tractor adopts electric transmission mode, with battery as power, energy saving and environmental protection, to achieve zero emissions. Used for the transportation of large quantities of goods on workshop tracks, the handling of assembly line materials, and the material handling of large factory sections, materials are often stored in trailers, and tractors are needed to solve the transportation of materials in different sections. Rated load ranges from 300 to 500 tons.
Third, high-altitude operation tractor
It is suitable for traction of subway train shunting operation in the vehicle and comprehensive base, rescue traction of accident trains in sections, stations and tunnels, transportation vehicles of equipment and materials and traction operations of other unpowered rail vehicles, and provide operating power for other unpowered rail vehicles.
